I am writing to endorse the firm of Prime Design Projects, Ltd., specifically, Gordon MacKellar, Projects Director. I had the pleasure of having Gordon on our team during a major capital project, when our parent company, Courtaulds, plc invested in two (2) manufacturing facilities in Woodstock, Illinois, USA. Gordon reported to myself, as Managing Director.
Gordon and his family relocated to the US during his tenure overseeing these projects. Total investment for buildings, services and equipment were near $20 million USD. Gordon adapted well to the needs of the local management, the parent company, and the builder, while keeping the projects on time AND on budget! Gordon's strengths went beyond his professionalism, and he made many friends on a personal level. We did not want to see him leave for his next assignment. He was also instrumental in setting up a training facility and recruiting for new hires.
